Warranty conditions

1. Bosca wood fires come with a full five year warranty on the firebox.
2. The warranty does not cover door glass, door seals, fire bricks and baffles which are considered consumables.
3. The wood fire must have been installed, maintained and operated in accordance with the supplied installation instructions, user guide and the building code, for any claim by warrantee.
4. Operation of this fire without its baffles, firebricks, door seals, complete glass or doors in place will create an overfired situation resulting in damage which will not be covered by warranty.
5. Bosca wood fires are painted with high temperature porous paint that will show signs of surface rust if exposed to moisture for an extended period of time.
6. Escea Ltd (or their agents) liability is limited to the cost of replacing faulty parts or products and hence does not cover any claimed consequential losses, direct or indirect arising from the operation or failure or any part of Bosca wood fires.
7. Warranty claims must be directed to a Bosca dealer who must than follow Escea’s  warranty claim process.
